Commercial AI-training consent was collected from participants **before** egocentric video capture.

## Scope

- **Purpose:** Egocentric video of manual work tasks for **robotics and embodied AI model training, evaluation, and benchmarking**.
- **Sublicensing:** Collectors consented to footage being shared with buyer evaluation teams under commercial license terms.
- **Deliverables:** Video (audio stripped), 2D annotations, metadata — no raw audio in the sample pack.

## Regulatory posture

- Collection aligns with **India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP)** requirements for notice and purpose limitation.
- Participants received plain-language explanation of AI training use before signing.
- **Consent forms on file** with the data collection partner; available for enterprise due diligence on request.
